Linda Rich is an accredited executive coach and specialist in
leadership development. She offers a pragmatic, results-oriented,
high-challenge approach, complemented by a strong line management
background and deep understanding of leadership development.
Linda uses feedback, personality theory, management models,
leadership literature and assessment instruments, selecting for
each client the mix most likely to stimulate individual change. While
encouraging reflection and self-awareness, Linda challenges clients
to use these as levers for taking action, modifying behavior and
increasing personal impact.
Linda’s global viewpoint is informed by eight years of living abroad.
She has worked with American, British and European executives at
companies such as Morgan Stanley, Shell, HBOS, Marriott International
and BP. She also has extensive experience in the non-profit sector.
Linda has 25 years of experience across a variety of industries and functions. Following several line and staff roles at a major financial services firm, she headed up training & development with an emphasis on leadership development for VP-level executives. Later, Linda ran a 360-feedback business before moving into independent consulting.
Linda holds an MBA from New York University, accreditation from the Association for Coaching, and certifications in a variety of feedback and assessment tools. She has spoken at professional events such as the European Mentoring & Coaching Conference in Brussels.
